A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section nineteen, relating to
authorizing the nursing home administrators
licensing board to promulgate a legislative rule
relating to the board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section nineteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND
BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-19. Nursing home administrators licensing board
.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-nine, under the authority of section seven,
article twenty-five, chapter thirty, of this code,
modified by the nursing home administrators licensing board
to meet the objections of the legislative
rule-making review committee and refiled in the state
register on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand
nine hundred ninety-nine, relating to the nursing home
administrators licensing board

, 21 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board
to promulgate
a legislative rule relating to the Board.
